8553-1 - Electro Mechanical Technician 2nd shift ITAR

00/hr2nd shift Assemble, align and test electro-mechanical subassemblies and instruments.
Assemble electro-opto-mechanical assemblies with precision tools and fixturing.
Integrate the electro-opto-mechanical components and assemblies to perform the final system qualification and inspection.
Troubleshoot subassemblies and repair as necessary.
Applicants must be capable of interpreting spatial relationships of assemblies using detailed drawings and be able to work with procedures, parts lists, schematics, diagrams written and verbal instructions.
Must be familiar with mechanical measuring equipment, meters, oscilloscopes and other related test equipment.
Maintain work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
Follow prescribed work and safety rules.
Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSHS Diploma.
Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics, electrical schematics, measuring instruments, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting techniques are requiredMust know how to use a computer with basic computer skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physical requirements include:
Walking, talking, standing, stooping, climbing, keyboarding and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
